Catherine de Dietrich, Founder & MD
Catherine envisioned Dynasty Consulting as a coaching practice set up to help individuals, families, family business members and professionals working with families.
Drawing from her personal experience being born to a now three generations family business (Probst-Maveg), 25 years expertise gained in the de Dietrich family (De Dietrich is 12 generation family business) and 15 years experience coaching artists in their creative and business journey, she brings a wealth of tested insights and techniques dealing with family and family business related matters.
Having settled in Singapore for the past six years, she was able to develop a unique methodology that allows her to bridge cultural diversities between West and East and focus on the individual’s personal situation and specific needs. Able to read through the seeming uniqueness of each situation she is able to apply solutions to Asian 2nd generations business family members as well as 300 years old European families.

Catherine graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Bachelor in Law with an Executive masters of the Arts in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD.
She has been a speaker/moderator at a number of conferences and talks for Business Family Institute BFI@SMU: (Asian Business Families - Leading the Change for a Sustainable Future, Talking Across Generations - How Business Families Can Communicate Difficult Issues), Camden Wealth, Jones Day.
Catherine is also the founder of C2A: Contemporary Artist Advisor which aims to help contemporary artists further develop and thrive on the international art market.
